Filing of DHRPs (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) / RHPs / Final Offer Document

Companies in India have to first file a draft red herring prospectus with the Registrar of Companies and with the SEBI. A RHP is filed soon after, which is followed by a Final Offer Document (which is cleared by the SEBI).
